As a Brand Ambassador, you will promote the SMARTENDING product and services at venues. You will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and authentically connect with the target demographic to introduce and educate them on the SMARTENDING point of sale process.

Work Environment

This job operates in mostly bar/nightclub/lounge environment. This role will primarily be out in the field on premise at new and existing accounts. Utilizing tools provided to manage current and future customers.

Essential Functions

Increase rate of sale for key drinks offered within the SMARTENDING menu; wine, spirits, seltzers, flavored malt beverages, and more.
We are seeking highly talented Business Development Representatives to be part of our team and drive sales for our mobile application.
Prior experience working in traditional retail and/or bars or restaurants preferred.
Execute best in class consumer activation via sampling, sponsorships and events.

Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional and effective communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
Desire to continually develop sales skills and knowledge of product and services.
Ability to follow directions and established procedures and Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrate creativity in promoting sales, merchandising and/or marketing.
Food and/or retail experience desirable.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role will consist of being able to think quickly and efficiently. The employee will be required to be mobile in order to reach
current and future clients. Employee frequently required to stand, walk, crouch, kneel. Some heavy lifting might be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Requires nights, weekends and holiday work availability.

Travel

This role will require you to be on premise at bar or venue.
Travel is moderate with this position but can potentially be required depending on the situation.
Access to reliable transportation within your territory is critical.

Preferred Education and Experience

3-4 Years’ Experience
Competitive Salary

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 3 years of consistent sales experience preferred. Bartending or hospitality skills a plus. Additionally, connections within the bar/nightclub/promotion industry are desired.
